Your Account

Once your account is set up, you are free to request a delivery or a pick up. Click on

DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS - if you want us to deliver to the address you have provided in your account set up. There is alternate address in your account profile if you wish to have more that one address. Once the delivery in in 'warehouse' status, this cannot be changed.

PICKUP AT PKGPLACE DEPOT - if you want to save a few dollars on your delivery or you just can't make it to the auction house in time to pick up your items, this may be a feature for you.
