Select DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS - if you want us to deliver to the address you have provided in your account set up. There is alternate address in your account profile if you wish to have more that one address. Once the delivery in in 'warehouse' status, this cannot be changed.

Next step is to fill out the form and we are set. Once we have picked up your items, you will be notified via email and text. This may take a few days. For our schedule on when we pick up visit our FAQs.

This is a fairly standard form that is easy to fill out. There are a few things that you can do to help ensure your item get to you.

• Double check the bid number that comes on your auction invoice.
• Add the .PDF of the actual invoice. This is required in the US, but we ask all to do so.
