Request a Depot Pick Up

This service is proving to be very convenient for many customers that do not want to make the drive to  an auction or just can't make it in time. The savings are range from 35% to 50% of the regular delivery cost, depending on the number and size of the boxes.

Select PICKUP AT PKGPLACE DEPOT - if you want to save a few dollars on your delivery or you just can't make it to the auction house in time to pick up your items, this may be a feature for you.

We will ask you to confirm this request is a pick up and not a delivery.

Next step is to fill out the form and we are set. Once we have picked up your items, you will be notified via email and text. This may take a few days. For our schedule on when we pick up visit our FAQs.

PAYMENT MUST BE SENT PRIOR TO PICK UP

Please note the following that will help us connect you to your items as quickly as possible.

• The address for the pick up location. We only have one location currently but will be adding more. The onus is on the customer to decide which location they want to pick up their items from.
• Please upload your invoice as it makes it easier if we need to answer any questions we may have.
• PAYMENT MUST BE SENT PRIOR TO PICK UP. We do not have the ability to collect payment at the warehouse.
