How to Create an Account and Submit a Shipping Request

New to pkgPlace? This guide will walk you through creating your account and submitting your first shipping request.

Step 1: Create Your pkgPlace Account

To get started, create your account using the link below:

Customer Sign Up

Fill in your account details and complete the registration process.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Once your account has been created, log in using your email and password.

Step 3: Watch the Video Tutorial & Submit Your Shipping Request

Before submitting your first shipping request, we recommend watching the short video below. It walks you through the entire process, including how to navigate your account and complete your request.

After watching the video:

  1. Click Home Delivery from your dashboard.
  2. Enter your auction and item details.
  3. Upload your auction invoice.
  4. Provide your delivery information.
  5. Review your details and submit your shipping request.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and arrange pickup from the auction house.

What Happens Next?

  • We will pick up your item from the auction house.
  • Your item will be brought to our warehouse for assessment.
  • Once assessed, we will send you an invoice with the shipping cost.
  • After payment is received, we will ship your item and provide updates throughout the process.

Helpful Tips

  • Please submit a separate shipping request for each auction invoice.
  • Make sure your invoice information is accurate to avoid delays.
  • Keep your auction invoice available in case we need additional details.
