Auction Reconfiguration

We've recently had to make some changes to which auction houses we're able to visit for pickups so you will see fewer auction houses on the list. We really do like working with most of them, and this isn't a reflection on the auction itself — it comes down to volume and our ability remain profitiable. Right now, the number of requests we're getting from that location, combined with what it costs us to make the trip out, means we're not able to keep visiting on a regular basis. It's simply not something we can sustain as things stand.

If an auction would like to revisit this — whether that means finding ways to make pickups more efficient, or taking advantage of our pick up depots to help drive up the number of weekly pickups — we'd genuinely welcome that conversation. We'd love to find a way to keep working with them if the numbers can work for both sides. Feel free to pass this along to them if it's helpful.
