Damaged Items

When buying Amazon returns, it is important to know that these items have been shipped multiple times. Often with little or no protection and not in the original boxes.

DAMAGES OCCUR

For that reason, we do not insure items that are delivered as damaged. We ship using ‘shippers risk’. We state this multiple times on our website and in our terms and conditions, but customers don’t always seem to understand.

Feel free to submit a claim, but don’t assume that the item is damaged due to our part of it’s journey. 

If you still don’t understand, the pics below are of items that we have picked up from the many auctions that we serve.
